Do you offer in-person sessions?

Yes, my sessions are held either online or in person in my clinic room opposite Mornington Central in Mornington, Victoria. Exact address will be provided after an intro call and on booking your first session.

Do you prescribe medicines? 

​

No, I no longer prescribe medication. I currently work outside of the Medicare system. If you are on medication or need help with managing your medication you will also require the care of an additional mental health provider i.e. your GP or a Psychiatrist.

Do you accept health insurance? 

​

I am currently a registered provider with Doctors Health Fund. If this is your private health insurer you will be able to submit your receipt from your session for a partial rebate. I am not yet a registered provider with other health funds and I am not an NDIS provider.

Do you offer sliding scale rates? 

​

Yes, I do. If you are experiencing financial hardship please reach out to discuss your specific circumstances. I have capacity, although limited, to take on clients at reduced rates.

I have a diagnosis of a 'personality disorder' (i.e. BPD) or have experienced symptoms of psychosis, can you help? 

​

Processwork can be a very effective modality in the management and support of these conditions, however is not sufficient on its own. In most cases you will require the support of a team of practitioners, of which I am happy to be a part, but would require that you are also under the care of a Psychiatrist.

What is your Cancellation Policy?  

​

I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50 (apart from exceptional or emergency circumstances). ​
